Following the appointment of Ngien Hoon Ping as SMRT's new GCEO, I produced this video to get staff to know him better as an individual and understand his leadership style. This video also serves as a unifying call to foster a renewed sense of purpose around the organisation's new leader.

SMRT Trains Safety Forum (2022)
With safety as top priority, I produced this video showcasing new initiatives that SMRT Trains will put in place to create a safer work environment. By promoting open reporting as one of the key messages, I wanted staff to feel empowered to take ownership of their own safety regardless of job title. This video was presented to the Land Transport Authority Board in Sep 2022.
Train the Trainer Programme (2019)
SMRT Buses signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with five social service agencies at Yishun Integrated Transport Hub (YITH) in 2019 as part of its efforts to deliver better inclusive service. To prepare and excite staff for the service trainings they will soon undergo, I shared the positive experiences of Trainer Eugene Lee in wanting to make a difference.
